309 What are management objectives?—ch 12 management objectives, for public land or unleased territory land— (a) means the objective of conserving the qualities of the natural environment on and near the land; and (i) any objectives, policies or purposes stated in the territory plan for the land; and (ii) for public land—the planning and development management objectives for the land. Note Planning and development management objectives—see the dictionary. natural environment means all biological, physical and visual elements of the earth and its atmosphere, whether natural or modified.
