297 Licence—grounds for regulatory action (1) Each of the following is a ground for regulatory action against a licensee: (a) the licensee has contravened, or is contravening, a provision of this Act; (b) the licensee has contravened a condition of the licence. licensee includes, if the person is a corporation, each executive officer of the corporation.
