292 Licence—decision on application for renewal of licence (1) This section applies if the conservator receives an application for renewal of a licence under section 291. (2) The conservator may renew the licence only if satisfied that— (a) the licensee continues to be a suitable person to hold the licence; and licensee continues to be a suitable person to hold the licence; and (c) if someone other than the licensee has management or control of the licensed activity—each person who is to have management or control of the activity continues to be a suitable person to hold the licence; and (d) the licensed activity continues to be a suitable activity for the (3) If the conservator decides to renew the licence, the conservator may (a) decide the application for renewal; and (b) tell the licensee about the decision.
