281 Financial assurance condition—licence cancellation (a) the conservator imposes a financial assurance condition on a licence; and (b) the licensee does not provide the financial assurance— (i) in accordance with the financial assurance condition; or (ii) by the due date. (2) The conservator must cancel the licence.
