270 Suitability of activities—further information about activity (1) This section applies if the conservator is making a decision about whether an activity is a suitable activity for a licence. (2) The conservator may, by written notice given to the applicant (an activity information notice), require the applicant to give the conservator stated information about the activity, not later than a stated reasonable time.
