255 Resource protection area—review (1) The conservator must review a resource protection area declaration at least once every 3 years after the declaration commences. (2) In reviewing a resource protection area declaration, the conservator— (a) must consider the effectiveness of the declaration in achieving its stated purpose; and (b) may make recommendations to the Minister about the declaration.
