225 Offence—excavate in wilderness area without licence (1) A person commits an offence if the person excavates in a wilderness area.
Reserves—offences in wilderness areas Part 9.2 (3) This section does not apply to a person if the person holds a nature conservation licence authorising the excavation. Note 1 Nature conservation licence—see s 262.
