219 Offence—take plant or plant reproductive material into reserve (a) the person takes a plant into a reserve; and (b) the plant is a declared pest. (2) A person commits an offence if the person— (a) takes plant reproductive material into a reserve; and (b) leaves the plant reproductive material in the reserve.
