179 Draft reserve management plan—public consultation (1) If the custodian of a reserve prepares a draft reserve management plan for the reserve, the custodian must also prepare a notice about the draft reserve management plan (a public consultation notice). (i) anyone may give a written submission to the custodian of the reserve about the draft reserve management plan; and

(ii) submissions may be given to the custodian only during the period starting on the day the public consultation notice is notified under the Legislation Act and ending on a stated (b) include the draft reserve management plan.
