166 Controlled native species management plan—minor amendments (a) a controlled native species management plan for a controlled native species is in force (the existing plan); and (a) may prepare a new draft controlled native species management plan for the controlled native species, incorporating the minor amendments into the existing plan; and section 162 (Draft controlled native species management plan— public consultation); and (c) may prepare a final version of the new draft controlled native species management plan, as amended. Note The final version of the new draft controlled native species management plan is a controlled native species management plan and is a disallowable instrument (see s 165).
