164 Draft controlled native species management plan— emergencies (1) This section applies if the conservator— (a) is preparing a draft controlled native species management plan for a controlled native species; and (b) considers that the situation is an emergency. (a) need not comply with the consultation requirements in section 162 (Draft controlled native species management plan— public consultation); and (b) may prepare a final version of the draft controlled native species Note The final version of a draft controlled native species management plan is a controlled native species management plan and is a disallowable instrument (see s 165).
