111 Minister to make protected native species list (1) The Minister must make a list of native species that are protected native species (the protected native species list). (2) The protected native species list must be divided into the following categories: (a) restricted trade; (b) rare; (c) data deficient; (d) any other category prescribed by regulation. (3) The protected native species list is a notifiable instrument.
