7 Matters to be provided for in an agreement
An agreement must include provisions relating to the following matters: (a) the object of the project or projects to which the agreement relates; (b) the conditions subject to which payments under the agreement are to be made; (c) the monitoring and evaluation of the project or projects; (d) the review of the operation of the agreement; (e) the amendment of the agreement by a further agreement as a result of such a review.
