#### 6 Agreements with other persons (1) In this section: > person includes an association, authority, body, institution or other organisation, whether incorporated or unincorporated. (2) An authorised officer may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, enter into an agreement with a person for the person to carry out a project. (3) An agreement must be in writing. (4) If an agreement provides for the payment of advances, the Minister may make advances of amounts on account of an amount that may become payable under the agreement. (5) Payments under an agreement must be made out of money standing to the credit of the Account.
