#### 6 Establishment of Commission 6 Establishment of Commission > > (1) There is established by this Act a Natural Resources Commission. The Commission is a body corporate. > > > (2) The functions of the Commission are exerciseable by the Commissioner, and any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Commission by the Commissioner, or with the authority of the Commissioner, is taken to have been done by the Commission.
