#### 17 Exclusion of personal liability 17 Exclusion of personal liability > > (1) Any matter or thing done or omitted to be done by a person who is— > > > > > (a) a member of the Board or a committee of the Board, or > > > > > (b) the Chief Regulatory Officer or any other Public Service employee, or > > > > > (c) acting under the direction of the Board, > > > > does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith in connection with exercising the functions of the Regulator under the natural resources management legislation, subject the person personally to any action, liability, claim or demand. > > > (2) However, any such liability attaches instead to the Crown.
