#### 28 Proceeds of disposal of assets acquired using amounts credited to the Account (1) This section applies if: (a) an amount standing to the credit of the Account is debited and paid by the Commonwealth in acquiring property or interests; and (b) an amount is received by the Commonwealth from the disposal of the property or interests. (2) An amount equal to the receipt is to be credited to the Account.
