18 Meaning of accounting transfer purpose
For the purposes of this Act, each of the following is an accounting transfer purpose: (a) making payments under section 5 of the Natural Resources Management (Financial Assistance) Act 1992; (b) crediting amounts to the Natural Resources Management Account continued in existence under subsection 11(1) of the Natural Resources Management (Financial Assistance) Act 1992.
