#### 96 Objects of this Part 96 Objects of this Part > The object of this Part is to make, and permit the making of, various interim provisions, pending a full review of New South Wales law, to ensure— > > > (a) that New South Wales law is consistent with standards set by the Commonwealth Native Title Act for future dealings affecting native title, and > > > (b) that New South Wales law is consistent with the requirements of the [Racial Discrimination Act 1975](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth for future dealings affecting native title. > > > (c) (Repealed) > > **s 96:** Am 1998 No 88, Sch 1 \[24\].
