#### 101 Interim regulation making power 101 Interim regulation making power > > (1) The Governor may make regulations containing provisions with respect to a matter necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to the objects and provisions of this Act or the Commonwealth Native Title Act (with or without changes). > > > (2) Without limiting this section, a regulation may declare that it has effect despite any Act, or a particular Act, passed before the commencement of the [Native Title (New South Wales) Amendment Act 1998](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1998-88). > > > (3) A regulation mentioned in subsection (2) expires 1 year after it is made or on the expiry of this Part, whichever is the earlier, unless it is earlier repealed. > > **s 101:** Am 1998 No 88, Sch 1 \[32\].
