94B  Order relating to an application that has been referred for mediation   If an application under section 61 is referred for mediation under section 86B, the Federal Court must take into account:  (a) any report relating to the mediation that is provided to the Court under subsection 94N(1), (2) or (4); and  (b) any regional mediation progress report and any regional work plan that is provided to the Court under subsection 94N(3) that covers a State, Territory or region that includes the area covered by the application; when it decides whether to make an order relating to the application.
