8AApplication of the Criminal Code

8A  Application of the Criminal Code  (1) Subject to subsection (2), Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against this Act. Note: Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.  (2) Part 2.5 of the Criminal Code does not apply to an offence against Part 11 of this Act. 9  Definitions located in Part 15   Part 15 contains definitions of certain expressions that are used in this Act. Part 2—Native Title Division 1—Recognition and protection of native title 10  Recognition and protection of native title   Native title is recognised, and protected, in accordance with this Act.
