54  Commonwealth compensation payable from CRF Amounts payable from CRF  (1) The following amounts are payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund:  (a) amounts of compensation payable by the Commonwealth in accordance with this Division;  (b) amounts to be spent by the Commonwealth in acquiring property or providing goods or services in order to comply with a recommendation under paragraph 51(6)(b) (which deals with requests for non‑monetary compensation). Appropriation  (2) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for the purposes of paying the amounts.
