213 Provisions relating to Federal Court jurisdiction Native title to be determined in accordance with this Act (1) If, for the purpose of any matter or proceeding before the Federal Court, it is necessary to make a determination of native title, that determination must be made in accordance with the procedures in this Act. Matters arising under this Act (2) Subject to this Act, the Federal Court has jurisdiction in relation to matters arising under this Act.
