199E  Parts of the Register to be kept confidential  (1) If the parties to an agreement whose details are entered on the Register advise the Registrar in writing that they do not wish some or all of the details to be available for inspection by the public, section 199D does not apply to the part of the Register containing the details concerned. Exception for basic information  (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to details required to be entered in the Register under subsection 199B(1).
