187  Inspection of the Register  (1) Subject to section 188, the Registrar must ensure that the Register is available for inspection by any member of the public during normal business hours.  (3) If the Register is kept wholly or partly by use of a computer, subsection (1) is taken to be complied with, so far as the Register is kept in that way, by giving members of the public access to a computer terminal that they can use to inspect the Register, either by viewing a screen display or by obtaining a computer print‑out.
