179  Return of documents etc. at completion of proceeding If no appeal to Federal Court  (a) a proceeding before the Tribunal has ended; and  (i) the time within which an appeal from the decision or determination of the Tribunal in the proceeding may be made; or  (ii) if that time has been extended—the period of the extension;   has expired without an appeal being made; the President may arrange for a document or any other thing given to the Tribunal for the purposes of the proceeding (other than a document or thing sent under paragraph 178(a)) to be returned to the person who gave it to the Tribunal. Documents etc. returned by Federal Court  (2) If the Federal Court returns a document or other thing that was sent under paragraph 178(a) to the Tribunal, the President may arrange for the document to be returned to the person who gave it to the Tribunal.
