142  Opportunity to make submissions concerning evidence   Subject to subsection 151(2) and sections 154, 154A and 155, the Tribunal must ensure that every party is given a reasonable opportunity to present his or her case and, in particular, to inspect any documents to which the Tribunal proposes to have regard in making a determination in the inquiry and to make submissions in relation to those documents.
