129A Delegation by Federal Court Chief Executive Officer
The Federal Court Chief Executive Officer may, by signed instrument, delegate all or any of the powers of the Federal Court Chief Executive Officer under this Division to any of the following:
(a) the Native Title Registrar;
(b) a Deputy Registrar of the Tribunal;
(c) a member of the staff assisting the Tribunal.
Note: For other powers of delegation, see section 110 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and section 78 of the Public Service Act 1999.
