115 Terms and conditions of appointment Period for which office held (1) A member is appointed for the period (not longer than 5 years) specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for reappointment. When Judge or assessor ceases to be member (2) A member who is a Judge or an assessor ceases to be a member if he or she ceases to be a Judge or assessor. (3) A member holds office on such terms and conditions (if any) in relation to matters not provided for by this Act as are prescribed.
