114  Remuneration and allowances Determination by Remuneration Tribunal  (1) A member, other than a member who is a Judge or an assessor, is to be paid the remuneration and allowances determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. If there is no determination in force, the member is to be paid such remuneration as is prescribed. Prescribed allowances  (2) A member to whom subsection (1) applies is to be paid such other allowances as are prescribed. Subject to Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973  (3) Subsections (1) and (2) have effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
