5 Effect of this instrument
Schedule 1 of this instrument sets out standards for NVR registered training organisations in accordance with subsection 185(1) of the Act. The National VET Regulator must consider whether an applicant is complying, or will comply, with Schedule 1 when determining whether to grant an application for registration as an NVR registered training organisation under subsection 17(2) of the Act.
