5 Effect of this instrument
This instrument specifies:
Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations in accordance with subsection 185(1) of the Act; and in Schedule 1 – Fit and Proper Person Requirements in accordance with subsection 186(1) of the Act.
Note: Compliance with the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations and the Fit and Proper Person Requirements are conditions of registration as an NVR registered training organisation (see sections 21, 22 and 23 of the Act).
