39 Inspection of register
(1) The Authority must ensure that the register is available for inspection by members of the public. (2) The Authority is taken to comply with subregulation (1) if the Authority ensures that there is reasonable access to: (a) copies of information in the register; or (b) a computer terminal to inspect the register.
