2A Vehicles declared not to be special purpose vehicles
For paragraph (a) of the definition of special purpose vehicle in Part 1 of the Schedule to the Act, each of the following vehicles is declared not to be a special purpose vehicle: (a) a caravan; (b) a mobile home; (c) a mobile library; (d) a mobile workshop; (e) a mobile laboratory; (f) a mobile billboard.
