4 Delegation
The following persons are prescribed for the purposes of section 18 of the Vehicles and Traffic Act: (a) a statutory corporation; (b) the holder of a statutory office; (c) an officer or employee of a government department or statutory corporation; (d) a member of the police force; (e) a municipality or other local government authority; (f) an officer or employee of a municipality or other local government authority; (g) any other person who, in the opinion of the Authority, has appropriate qualifications for the exercise of the power delegated.
