10 What must be included in a permit?
(1) A permit must specify: (a) the vehicle or combination to which it applies; and (b) the areas or routes to which it applies; and (c) the provisions of the Vehicle Standards Regulations or Mass and Loading Regulations from which exemption is given; and (d) the conditions under which the exemption is given; and (e) how long it is to remain in force. (2) Without limiting the generality of subregulation (1), the conditions of a permit must include all the conditions set out in Parts 6 and 7 of the Schedule, which may be incorporated in the permit by referring to them rather than by setting them out in full.
