(1) A person convicted of an offence under regulation 6, 7 or 8 for a failure to comply with a requirement in Part 1 of the Schedule is liable to a penalty not exceeding $3 000 for an individual or $15 000 for a body corporate. (2) A person convicted of an offence under regulation 6, 7 or 8 for a failure to comply with a requirement in Part 2 or 3 of the Schedule is liable to a penalty not exceeding $2 000 for an individual or $10 000 for a body corporate.
