4 Binding the Crown
(1) This Act and the regulations bind the Crown in all its capacities. (2) It is intended that an adopting law of a State or of the Northern Territory will bind the Crown in all its capacities. (3) For that purpose, an adopting law of a State or of the Northern Territory may bind the Crown in right of the Commonwealth.
