27 Power to include or exclude areas
(1) The Minister may declare, by notice in the Gazette, that this Act and the regulations, or specified provisions of this Act or the regulations: (a) apply to a specified area of the jurisdiction that is open to or used by the public; or (b) do not apply to a specified road or road related area. (2) The declaration has effect until it is revoked, or for the period specified in the declaration.
