14 Prescribed persons—delegation
For section 18 of the Act, the following persons are prescribed: (a) each Commonwealth, State or Territory public authority; (b) each officer or employee of: (i) the Commonwealth or a State or Territory; or (ii) each Commonwealth, State or Territory public authority; (c) person holding an office established under a Commonwealth, State or Territory law.
