(1) If the registration of a person as a driver participant in TFMS is cancelled, the Authority may, by written notice, ask the person to return his or her driver certification manual to the Authority. (2) The person must return the manual within 7 days after the notice is given to the person or, if a longer period is stated in the notice, within the longer period.
Penalty: $500.
