90 Grounds for cancellation of TFMS registration except on application
The grounds for cancellation of the registration of a person as a driver or employer participant in TFMS, except on application, are: (a) that the person’s application for registration was false or misleading in a material respect; or (b) that the person has contravened the Act, these Regulations or a corresponding law; or (c) if the person is registered as a driver participant in TFMS—that the person no longer meets the required medical standards.
