69 False and misleading driving records etc prohibited
A person must not: (a) make an entry in a driving record that the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, is false or misleading in a material respect; or (b) deface or change an entry in a driving record that the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, is correct.
Penalty: $1,500.
