142 Delegation
(1) For section 18 of the Act, the following persons are prescribed: (a) a Commonwealth, State or Territory authority; (b) an officer or employee of: (i) the Commonwealth or a State or Territory; or (ii) a Commonwealth, State or Territory authority; (c) a person holding an office established under a law of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory; (d) a person engaged under contract with the Commonwealth or a State or Territory; (e) an employee of a person mentioned in paragraph (d). (2) The Authority may, by signed writing, delegate a power of the Authority under these Regulations to a person mentioned in subregulation (1).
