133 Information about whether drivers engaged in non‑local area work
(1) An authorised person may ask the driver of a heavy truck or commercial bus whether: (a) the driver is engaged in local area work or non‑local area work; or (b) the driver has engaged in non‑local area work at any time in the last 28 days. (2) The driver must answer a question that the driver is asked under subregulation (1).
Penalty: $1,500.
