124 Replacement of lost etc exemptions
(1) If the Authority is satisfied that an exemption given to a person by the Authority has been defaced, destroyed, lost or stolen, the Authority must give the person a replacement exemption as soon as practicable. (2) If the Authority decides not to give a replacement exemption to a person who applies to the Authority for a replacement exemption, the Authority must give the person written reasons for the decision and tell the person that the person may apply to have the decision reconsidered.
