119 Return of exemptions etc
(1) If an exemption given to a person is varied or cancelled, the Authority may, by written notice, ask the person to return the exemption to the Authority. (2) The person must comply with the notice within 7 days after the notice is given to the person or, if a longer period is stated in the notice, within the longer period.
Penalty: $500.
(3) If the exemption has not been cancelled, the Authority must give the person a replacement exemption.
