4 Penalties
(1) The Primary and Supporting Principles do not list penalties for offences against the amended driver licensing law. (2) It is intended that the penalties will be determined in the National Road Transport Commission’s Compliance and Enforcement Module. (3) In the interim, State and internal Territory penalty levels may apply.
