30 Authority may exempt certain classes of driver from the requirement to hold a licence
(1) The driver licensing authority may exempt a driver or class of drivers from the requirement to hold a licence, or a particular class of licence. (2) An exemption under clause (1) may be subject to conditions specified by the driver licensing authority. (3) The driver licensing authority must cause notice of the exemption under clause (1) to be published in the Gazette.
